Hiroyuki Ishii has been appointed to the post of Country Manager, Hill & Associates Japan. Hiroyuki will be responsible for managing all aspects of Hill & Associates' business in Japan, with particular emphasis both on developing business with Japanese multinational companies operating outside Japan and also on building closer ties with AXA Assistance and developing our Travel Risk Management service offering. He will be based in Tokyo.

Hiroyuki held the position of General Manager Japan Region for International SOS from 2000 to 2009 during which time he was responsible for all of ISOS' activities in Japan and with Japan based clients, and successfully added a portfolio of Japanese MNC clients to ISOS' traditional insurance company client base. Since leaving ISOS, Hiroyuki has been a board member of Telecom Square, Inc. a company offering overseas communication solutions to Japanese corporations. Prior to joining ISOS, Hiroyuki spent six years at UNUM Japan Insurance Company Limited in a number of general management roles culminating in him being the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. Before UNUM, Hiroyuki spent 14 years at Nippon Mining Company where he held a number of general and HR management positions.

Hiroyuki holds a BA in Economics from Waseda University in Japan and an MBA from George Washington University in the United States.
