Ian Betts has assumed the role of Country Manager Hill & Associates Indonesia ("HAJK") with effect from 1 April 2010.

Ian joined HAJK in 2007 as Technical Advisor in the Risk Intelligence Service Line, he is currently the Country Manager designate. Prior to joining H&A, Ian was a Technical Advisor at P.T. Harvest International Indonesia where he led teams delivering analysis and consultancy to multinational clients and implementing project solutions to the challenges faced by international business in Indonesia., before which he was an English Language Consultant at Executive English Programmes.

Before moving to Indonesia (in 1992), Ian was a school teacher in Denmark and held a number of public sector positions in the UK. Ian holds an MA in International Studies from Exeter University, a BA in Humanities from Greenwich University, both in the UK, and certificates from The University of Boulder, Colorado, and Michigan State University in the USA.
